I asked for a twin room and it was brand-new except for a bed. The location in a local area was great and nice and there were an outdoor market and a market nearby. A few times I ate at Rattanakosin, located at walking distance from the hotel.

We had a lovely Christmas holiday at this hotel. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the location was also great as it was close to a local market and restaurants.

The language barrier was a bit challenging as not all staff members spoke English fluently. the rooms were a bit small for our liking, and the bed was quite firm.
